Wise Choice was recommended to us by a friend who had worked with them on a shoe store project. They gave us a bid that was much better than the other contractors we had spoken with and they were also more responsive. We had Bogdan and his crew work on our Kitchen/Laundry room remodel. They did excellent work. Very clean and quick. There were a few misunderstandings with the bid and budget but they were very understanding and worked with us to find a solution that we were all happy with. They also had great suggestions on some things that we ended up changing and they also helped us hang wall decor/accessories after the main construction was done. They are honest people and we would definitely contact them again for our future projects.

The people who worked on our home were by far the most courteous workers we’ve ever had work on our house. They were diligent, professional and clearly experts at their jobs. The work they did was top notch and my new bathroom is flawless.- especially the tile work! We’re so, so happy and grateful to have found them and will use them for all our future construction needs. I've had Wise Choice completely remodel two of my bathrooms and build a large wooden overhang/awning in my backyard and they've done an exceptional job with all three projects! Their quotes were always competitively priced and the work they put out is high quality/on time. I came to them with renders/designs for all my projects and they were able to turn all of them into a carbon copy of what I had planned. Bogdan is a wonderful construction lead and always went the extra mile to make sure I was aware of what was going on, what the timeline was, and that I was ultimately happy with the finished project. Like with any construction/contracting work, there is always a punch list at the end of jobs. Wise Choice went above and beyond each time to make sure that any concern (no matter how small!) was fully addressed. I've gone through a fair number of contractors and I can't recommend Wise Choice enough. They're on speed-dial for any project I've got in the future.

We had a major deck renovation project: stabilizing, resurfacing, installing railings, resurfacing a roof deck, and changing out an exterior door. The work was exceptional. Communication with some of the working crew was a little difficult, but we would express our concerns to their in-house engineer and he made sure to communicate it to the crew, and they responded positively. We intend to use this company again.

I own a small building where I run my insurance business. I recently had a theft of my outdoor heat/cool unit and needed a company to step in and help with securing the new one. I contacted a few companies (with no return call) until I finally was able to get in touch with Daniel with Wise Choice Construction. The new unit was already installed so I needed immediate attention to secure it. Daniel came to my rescue immediately and installed lights and cameras for me as well as making sure the company that installed the unit with the cage had done a proper job. Amazing prompt customer service and i highly recommend.

In the fall of 2020, we had a pipe burst at our house and flood much of our main floor, including a bathroom, office, livingroom, and kitchen. Once the floors were dried, the Wise Choice team came in, assessed the damage, gave great advice on minimizing costs while creating the look we wanted, provided a reasonable estimate, and shepherded us through every step of the process. From picking out flooring, to deciding paint, matching trim, sealing off areas to be worked on from the rest of the house, etc. Complicating matters further was that this was during the first year of the COVID pandemic, so we were very wary of having a crew in our house. But every single craftsman (and they were indeed skilled craftsmen) was respectful of our space, worked with the windows open to provide airflow and provide a bit more safety, was polite to us and our kids, and kept us apprised of what what happening, what to expect, and by when, meeting all deadlines. To be clear: this was not an easy project: complete floor removal and replacement, kitchen island replacement with new counter, new appliances, painting (and taping all over), new bathroom floor, toilet, and vanity, all during a pandemic while we and our kids were all working and going to school from home. It could have been disasterous. The Wise Choice team ensured that it was not and delivered in every way on every aspect of our project. The only minor issue was that in installing the bathroom tile, they covered a floor vent. But as soon as we pointed it out, they fixed it. The results were incredibly high quality and just as we'd discussed and hoped. I have recommended Wise Choice to others who've asked about a good team for a remodel and will continue to do so. They were not the cheapest or most expensive, but you get what you pay for, and we definitely felt we received high quality work for the cost. They were easy to work with, communicated throughout the project, and delivered in every way. I highly recommend them.

This company is the best remodeling company I've ever dealt with. Roman and Peter are true professionals. My project took 3 months ( they fully gutted & transformed the entire downstairs) my wife and I couldn't be any happier we are so excited about our new remodel. They are always on time and would sometimes stay late to complete a technical job which many construction companies don't do. The work they do is so technical and precise they actually care about doing things right. This job exceeded our expectations. They sort of became family. These guys and their crew cannot be matched I highly recommend this company. A very nice and polite groups of guys.Thank you Roman , Peter and crew for everything!!!
