My first experience with this company was great. They answered the phone quickly, were able to send someone out to assess the project the next day, and my roommate was impressed with what he said and the conversation they had (I was at work and couldn't be there personally). Overall I have been very happy with the experience thus far.
Wise Choice was recommended to us by a friend who had worked with them on a shoe store project. They gave us a bid that was much better than the other contractors we had spoken with and they were also more responsive.We had Bogdan and his crew work on our Kitchen/Laundry room remodel. They did excellent work. Very clean and quick. There were a few misunderstandings with the bid and budget but they were very understanding and worked with us to find a solution that we were all happy with. They also had great suggestions on some things that we ended up changing and they also helped us hang wall decor/accessories after the main construction was done.They are honest people and we would definitely contact them again for our future projects.

I've had Wise Choice completely remodel two of my bathrooms and build a large wooden overhang/awning in my backyard and they've done an exceptional job with all three projects!Their quotes were always competitively priced and the work they put out is high quality/on time.I came to them with renders/designs for all my projects and they were able to turn all of them into a carbon copy of what I had planned.Bogdan is a wonderful construction lead and always went the extra mile to make sure I was aware of what was going on, what the timeline was, and that I was ultimately happy with the finished project.Like with any construction/contracting work, there is always a punch list at the end of jobs. Wise Choice went above and beyond each time to make sure that any concern (no matter how small!) was fully addressed.I've gone through a fair number of contractors and I can't recommend Wise Choice enough. They're on speed-dial for any project I've got in the future.
This review is a little late, but hopefully it's helpful if you are considering Wisechoice Construction. Svat and his team were fantastic. They were prompt and professional. They were supportive and responsive to any hangups that occurred. We have tile work around the fireplace and backsplash. Hardwood floors installed ( including stairs) with new baseboards, and kitchen cabinet repair.Our project was completed about 2 years ago now and we are still in love with it and now looking to hire them again for another project. They are my first choice!Thanks Svat, Vlad and crew!
